InConcert's Internal Information Channel
Pursuant to Spanish Law 2/2023, Inconcert has an Internal Whistleblowing System and therefore utilizes an Internal Reporting Channel. The purpose of said channel is to facilitate reporting of any infractions committed in the workplace or professional context.
Inconcert’s Internal Reporting Channel is managed following the guidelines and principles set out in our Internal Reporting System Policy. These guidelines notably include truthfulness, security, confidentiality, proportionality, objectivity, respect for the guarantees of participants and the applicable regulations, as well as the importance of the whistleblower acting honestly and in good faith when they report that damage has been or may be done.
Communications on Inconcert’s Internal Reporting Channel
Communications made through said form on Inconcert’s Internal Reporting Channel can be submitted in writing or verbally, or in both formats, using the form found at the following link.
Communications received on the Internal Reporting Channel will be sent pursuant to the Procedure for Managing Communications received on the Internal Reporting Channel.
As said Procedure sets out, communications may be made anonymously.
Internal Reporting System data management is controlled by TELECONTACT, SL, acting as the data processing controller. The purpose is to compile and process data associated with Inconcert’s Internal Reporting Channel and Spanish Law 2/2023.
