1. Data Fabric

5. Decision Intelligence

It is called “decision intelligence” to the application of analytics and artificial intelligence in modeling a company's strategic and operational decisions; based on accurate forecasts and simulations. The trend also points to automate decisions that have a high degree of repetition.

6. Distributed Enterprise

According to Gartner, these are the organizations with the greatest capacity to meet the needs of consumers and digital employees.

7. Total Experience

“Cloud-native” platforms will dominate digital initiatives for years to come. To take advantage of the powerful scalability of this technology, Gartner recommends minimizing migrations that don't take full advantage of the attributes of the cloud environment.

9. AI Engineering

Implementing some type of Artificial Intelligence is not enough. It is important to develop complete AI engineering, to continuously optimize the value of AI.
