Privacy notice and customer data processing
Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (LFPDPPP), in order to inform CUSTOMERS whose personal data are in our databases that: IIPCC TECHNOLOGY SA DE CV, RFC: IPC060606H89 and address at Av. Bonampak, Manzana 1, Lote 4 and 5, Local SA 2, Interior C-9, 8 77504 Cancun, Quintana Roo (Mexico) (hereinafter INCONCERT) is the Responsible for the Treatment of personal data and will therefore process the data in accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller.
InConcert will not use them for a purpose other than the instructions received, will not apply them for purposes other than those instructed and will not communicate them to third parties, except in cases that are expressly authorized by the Data Controller or there is a regulatory obligation at his expense.
In the same way, it will implement appropriate security measures, immediately informing the Data Controller when a security breach occurs.
You must keep absolute confidentiality in relation to the personal data processed.
This authorization includes:
(i) the national transfer of data;
(ii) the transfer of personal data outside the national territory and (iii) you grant consent for the processing of your sensitive personal data.
In accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller, you must delete, return or hand over to a new appointed Processor, the personal data that are the subject of the treatment, once the relationship with the Data Controller has been fulfilled, unless there is a legal obligation in your charge that requires you to keep them.
You must allow the Data Controller or the Control Authority to carry out any necessary inspections or checks.
Only if there is an express authorization from the Data Controller, can you sub-contract services, and you must be diligent and transparent in order to fully inform about the subcontracted services.
You must generate, keep and update the necessary documentation to prove that you have fulfilled your obligations.
Collaborate with the Data Controller in everything related to regulatory compliance.
For all of the above, InConcert is exempt from liability as long as it complies with its own responsibilities as Data Processor.
The data recorded in the inConcert databases, as Data Processors, are address, telephone numbers, email addresses and date of birth. In any case, at any time, the owner of the information may revoke their consent and exercise their right in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP.
The use and management of these is carried out under strict standards of responsibility, including respect for due process and the protection of information.
It is also informed that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (LFPDPPP), so you are provided with the following processing information:
Purposes and legitimacy of the treatment: maintain a business relationship, send communications about products or services, and for billing in the corporate ERP.
Data retention criteria: they will be kept for as long as necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or the total destruction of the same.
Rights of the data subject.
InConcert, under the terms established by the LFPDPPP, is expressly and unequivocally authorized to maintain and manage all your information as provided in this document. The data subject may make use of the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition at any time. INCONCERT, has a period of 20 business days to inform you if the exercise of the requested right is appropriate and if so, you will be answered within 15 business days after the notification of the previous response. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Control Authority (INAI) if you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.

The rights of the owners are:

This privacy notice may undergo modifications, changes or updates resulting from new legal requirements, the “Responsible”'s own needs for the services it offers, privacy practices or other reasons, so the “Responsible” reserves the right to make any necessary modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time.
