Inconcert appoints Armando Trivellato as Head of Growth and Norma Pineda as VP Sales for Latin America to bolster its growth strategy and reinforce the company’s commitment to Miguel Noronha as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Armando Trivellato, a Leader for Strategic Growth
With a strong background in the telecommunications and customer experience sectors, Armando Trivellato takes on the role of Head of Growth to accelerate the company’s global commercial expansion.
Trivellato states, “In this new role, my goal will be to identify key growth opportunities amid the changing market dynamics and develop commercial strategies that reinforce our position as a key technological partner in CX transformation.” Trivellato has held high-impact positions at companies such as AT&T Brasil, AVAYA, Polycom, and Plantronics, where he led strategic regions like Latin America, Southern Europe, and Africa. Most recently, he led the Iberian region at Five9, opening key markets and collaborating with major brands in the CX space.
Norma Pineda, a Vision for Comprehensive Expansion in Latin America
With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles at companies such as Verint, NICE, Genesys, and Five9, Norma Pineda joins Inconcert as VP Sales for Latin America. Her focus will be on positioning Inconcert as an omnichannel ecosystem for customer experience solutions, expanding its commercial reach across the region. “My priority is to expand our presence in Latin America, focusing on understanding local needs and translating them into strategies that drive our growth in an ever-evolving market,” says Pineda. Recognized as the 2021 Personality of the Year by the Mexican Telemarketing Institute, Pineda will lead the pre-sales, Customer Success, and services areas to enhance commercial results across Latin America

In this context, Mauricio Lázaro has been promoted to Director of Innovation.
