2. Sales with a Bogotá Accent

In another scenario, the AI agent presented mobile plans to a potential customer, smoothly handling questions, interruptions, and objections. The conversation mimicked a real sales call, where the customer raised concerns that were addressed naturally by the virtual agent, leading all the way to a successful close. The most impressive part was the system’s ability to persuade, argue, and adapt to the dynamic rhythm of a complex sales process.
